About Us

Underkover Australia formed as the result of us being passionate outdoor enthusiasts who got fed up with inferior covers for our equipment not withstanding even general usage.

We are campers. We are boaties. We are van owners. We are fishermen (debatable at times). We are 4WD owners. We are travellers. We get it.

Our products are Australian made and Australian made materials are used whenever practically possible without compromising on quality. For example, we have to outsource the supply of our YKK brand zips as they are the world leaders in durable zips suitable to our requirements. Supporting Australian businesses is a priority of ours- be it a supplier of materials or a retailer of our finished products.

Names given to our products are suggestions only. We are not going to detail the many alternative uses for each product. Most designs are made for a specific product- however, we will let the customer's imagination determine what they can be used for. Everyone's set-up is different. Everyone's gear is different.

This website launched on 27th October 2019 with a limited selection of items. Our product range will evolve over time as we frequently release new products. We do not add products to our inventory until they have undergone product testing to our high standards. Those wishing to be updated when new items are listed are encouraged to subscribe to our newsletter list.

We make all of our own products and are based in Hervey Bay, QLD - gateway to the World Heritage listed Fraser Island which we are so passionate about.
